Almost all the music theory books in china, You can find TSD there.
However, in all the sheet music (for piano, guitar, fake music, instrumental music) in US,
I never see TSD, I saw C, F, G or (I,IV, V) instead.
Anyway, there are just notations that represent the same thing, probably one could be more conveniece than the other in certain occasion. (for example, TSD, and I, IV, V are convenient for the key change on the spot than C, F, G)
