It is hard at least for me to judge by simply looking at what you have provided here. But the first impression to me is Ankylosing Spondylitis, which can be from asymptomatic to severe. The chance that an HLA-B27 patient will develop spondyloarthritis or eye disease is pretty high. Does she has any eye problems? Any infection history before Feb, 2006? I would suggest you have TB tests again, because it is hard to exclude rare types of infection. You may refer to clinical immunologist or Department of Clinical Immunology. |
